Landmark Properties has acquired a 27-acre site in Oxford, Mississippi, to develop The Station at Oxford, an 817-bed cottage-style student housing community near the University of Mississippi, scheduled for completion by the 2027-2028 academic year.

Villas on Rensch, which has more than 150 units and 600 beds, mostly serving University at Buffalo students, was sold last month to GRJ LLC, a New York City-based real estate developer. American Campus Communities was the previous owner of the complex.
