Managing a mix of accommodation types and ownership models across several campus locations can be complex, so having clear and consistent performance insight is essential. The GSL Index gives us a reliable overview of how our accommodation is performing across key measures such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), satisfaction with management, Wi-Fi provision, and study space.
