Subtext launched EVER Knoxville, a 14-story, 498-bed student housing community at 1919 Lake Ave., expanding its Tennessee footprint and introducing the EVER brand’s focus on student wellness and academic success to the Knoxville market.

The project features 210 fully furnished units ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments, designed to meet diverse student needs.

Harrison Street Asset Management and development partner The Michaels Organization have unveiled Presidio Terrace Apartments, a $230 million, 321-unit, 700-bed on-campus student housing project being built in a public-private partnership with the University of San Diego. The community is expected to be completed by August 2029.

Cabrillo College is developing Costa Vista, a 257,000-square-foot student housing community with 647 beds shared between Cabrillo (60%) and UC Santa Cruz (40%) students, scheduled for completion in summer 2027.
