GSL Certification is designed to support customer decision-making by recognising excellence in the design, delivery and operation of accommodation.
Certification is available in 15 languages for Operators (including public institutions), operating Brands and for individual Properties.
The assessment is based on 7 key structural and operational metrics, captured through the GSL Index.
To achieve a particular level of Certification, an operator, brand or property, must pass the certification threshold in all seven metrics.
The rigour which which assessments are made, and the high standards required to pass, make GSL Certification highly prized and internationally recognised.
