Far East Orchard, through its joint venture company (JVCo), has acquired a freehold development site at 325 Borough High Street, Southwark, London, for GBP60 million ($102 million).

Telford Living, the UK residential development arm of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), has exchanged contracts to acquire a major site in Stratford and has submitted plans for a new PBSA scheme. Subject to planning approval, construction is expected to start in 2028 and practical completion is targeted for 2032.
