loc8me has acquired Liverpool-based Luxury Student Homes, adding over 1,100 beds and 199 properties to its portfolio, increasing its Liverpool presence from around 400 to nearly 1,500 beds and expanding its national portfolio to nearly 10,000 rooms across 19 university cities.

Beaufort Capital has arranged an £83 million financing facility for a new 24-storey purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in central London, delivering 244 beds near Elephant & Castle station.
