McAleer & Rushe has secured approval to begin full construction on the £50m Poland House purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project on Stratford High Street, East London, targeting completion for the 2028/29 academic year.

A joint venture has been launched to bring forward £20m of student accommodation development in Liverpool. Specialist provider Kexgill Group's UQ Partnerships and the University of Liverpool have given formal approval to a strategic joint venture that will bring forward a million-plus phased programme over the coming years.

Planning permission has been granted to demolish two Limerick businesses, A&R Supplies and Spirit Memorials, to develop a 17-apartment purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building offering 115 bed spaces near Limerick School of Art and Design’s Clare Street campus.

Winvic Construction has completed Crown Place, Birmingham’s tallest student accommodation tower, delivering 814 beds across studios, cluster flats, and duplex rooms, with occupancy starting January 2026.

The Revalie in Ottawa offers fully furnished, modern student suites with extensive amenities including a social lounge, private media production studios, a commercial kitchen, and a large fitness centre, designed to support student lifestyle and wellbeing.

Alumno Group and Henderson Park have begun construction on a 191-bed student accommodation development at Jock’s Lodge, Edinburgh, with Clark Contracts as main contractor; the project includes cluster flats, studios, social spaces, and a ground-floor commercial unit, targeting completion before the 2027/2028 academic year.
