Greystar acquires student accommodation site in Paris
Greystar has acquired land for a student housing development in Ivry-sur-Seine, in the Paris suburbs, as part of its pan-European residential strategy. Construction of the 310-bed, 18-storey building, designed by Parisian architects Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, will begin this September with completion scheduled for late 2025.
