Curated Living Solutions, an alternative housing company backed DivyaSree Developers Group, has acquired a student housing asset within the NSHM Knowledge Campus in Durgapur, West Bengal. This student housing facility is spread over a 1.5-acre land and has about 1 lakh sq ft built-up structure with 766 beds. JLL facilitated this transaction.
