Austin-based investment firm Palladius Capital Management has purchased The Luxx, a 694-bed student housing community that serves students at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

Get Living, one of the UK’s leading Build to Rent operators with a £2.6bn portfolio, has sold its Glasgow mixed-use development site to Galliard Apsley Partnership. The deal was a joint venture between Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital focusing on large-scale brownfield regeneration.
