Downing Property Finance has secured three PBSA development loans totalling approximately £47.5m across Glasgow, Bristol, and Manchester, reinforcing its growth strategy in the student accommodation sector.

Dominus and Cheyne Capital secured a £250 million loan from Standard Chartered to convert 65 Fleet Street, London, into a 370,000 sq ft student accommodation scheme offering 875 rooms, with 35% at affordable rents regulated by the mayor of London.
