Fabrix and PATRIZIA have appointed McLaren Construction as main contractor for the £55m Walworth Corners PBSA development in Elephant & Castle, transforming a 0.34-hectare brownfield site into 283 student beds, 20 affordable homes, retail, and community space, with completion expected by spring 2028.
