Unite Students is behind the plans, which relate to Arrad House. The site forms part of the Unite Student Village which is located within the cultural quarter and comprises eight buildings, providing 797 student bedrooms. 

Sterling LSU Tiger Pointe, LLC, a joint venture between The Dinerstein Companies and Harrison Street Asset Management, is developing two student housing communities near Louisiana State University: Sterling Tiger Valley with 845 beds opening before Fall 2027, and Sterling Southgate with 899 beds scheduled for Fall 2028 delivery.
