Linden Hill Capital Management has secured planning approval for the Maple House purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Birmingham city centre.

A purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Edinburgh has been sold for more than £35 million to Legal & General (L&G). Lower Gilmore Place, located in the Fountainbridge area, has been acquired off market by L&G’s managed fund from Glencairn Properties.

Cammaro Limited has secured a funding facility and stabilisation loan from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for a new £32 million, 138-unit purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Cambridge.
