Firethorn Trust expands PBSA portfolio with Stratford acquisition
Firethorn Trust has acquired a PBSA development site in Hackney Wick London, under its growing Living platform. Firethorn purchased the site for an undisclosed sum, with planning permission to develop 204 high-quality student beds, 35% of which will be affordable accommodation.

Student accommodation developer Valeo Management Europe, which operates the Liv Student brand, wants to deliver approximately 550 new student beds and a commercial unit at Carrick Street. The project involves a brownfield site, currently home to the vacant headquarters of GAP Group.
