ASK4 today announced that GI Partners, a leading investor in critical data infrastructure businesses, has signed a definite agreement to acquire the company from Bowmark Capital. ASK4 will be GI Partners’ first data infrastructure investment in Europe.

Study Inn Group have appointed Andrew Jamieson to take the Study Inn Platform to over 10,000 rooms by 2028. Andrew, who joined the business in August, has 17-years' experience in the purpose-built student accommodation and BTR sectors across the UK and Europe.

Software group Kainos has announced its new Belfast headquarters will now be an 85,000 sq ft development. The software firm announced a deal last year to sell part of the development site to Queen’s University for student accommodation.
