Investor, developer, and regeneration specialists First Urban has recently received approval for its plans to redevelop a former Jewson warehouse site into a 345-bed PBSA scheme in Guildford. The development will aid in the brownfield regeneration of the 1.5 acre under-utilised warehouse site.
