Capstone Development Partners, a leader in the on-campus student housing development industry, today announced the hiring of Mike Polzin as Vice President of Operations of its property management subsidiary, Capstone Management Partners, which provides facility maintenance, asset management and related services for on-campus and university affiliated student housing.

The District of North Vancouver has approved 315 rental homes, just off campus from Capilano University, half of which will be exclusively for students, faculty and staff.

The apartment building, which is a half mile from Syracuse University's campus, will include a variety of studio and four-bedroom units, as well as various outdoor and indoor amenities. The construction is anticipated to take 18 months.

Plans have been filed with the City of Long Beach to convert the landmark seven story Park Tower in East Long Beach into student housing. The adaptive reuse of the 119,287 square feet office building is a private development not associated with California State University at Long Beach.
