Newmark arranged the sale and $36 million financing of a two-property student housing portfolio serving the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Hobart and William Smith Colleges have acquired the Geneva Gardens apartments to expand housing options for students, according to the Finger Lakes Times. The 53-unit property sits between the main campus and the arts facilities and will be renovated to accommodate over 100 students by fall 2026.
