Yugo has been appointed to manage a newly acquired 6,200-bed portfolio by Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Global Student Accommodation, marking the largest U.S. student housing transaction of 2025 and expanding Yugo’s managed assets to 86 properties with 40,000 beds across 29 states.

The University of Washington Tacoma received Board of Regents approval for a new housing and dining development set to accommodate about 500 students by late 2029, marking the introduction of its first traditional dining hall.
