New student accommodation plans for former Aberdeen snooker hall site
Plans have been unveiled to build new student accommodation at a vacant site on Aberdeen's John Street. City-based firm Levelling Up Real Estate initially hoped the £60 million development could feature a mix of flats, build to rent private apartments and student accommodation. But architecture firm Halliday Fraser Munro confirmed it was only pressing ahead with the student flats.
