Developer Regal London is putting forward revised plans to deliver 267 new student flats at the former One Housing HQ site in Chalk Farm Road, adjacent to the Roundhouse. The development is also proposed to provide 24 affordable homes for Camden residents, including family homes.

St Andrews University is pressing ahead with plans to provide an extra 700 student beds in town to help take the pressure off the private rental market. Now, the university has applied for full planning permission for the student development, working alongside Campus Living Villages.
