A stalled project to build three towers near Piccadilly Station is set to finally be finished - with major changes - three years after construction ground to a halt. New planning documents now show developer IQ Student Accommodation has revised its proposals, focusing solely on the university market.

The final phase of a new student accommodation building in Birmingham City Centre has been submitted to planners. Birmingham-based developer Volume Property has proposed a further 220-bed development to its Volume Works project.
