Host Student Housing Ltd announces that its plans for Carmoor Road, a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Manchester has been approved by Manchester City Council.

A Birmingham university has outlined plans to create more than 1,200 beds of student accommodation in blocks rising to 34 storeys. University College Birmingham's proposals involve redeveloping the current campus accommodation on Brindley Drive.
