Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) provider Unite Students has started work to improve and extend its Rushford Court scheme in Durham, in partnership with Durham University. Works to upgrade the development will be completed in Autumn 2024.

A student accommodation development in Aberdeen has been acquired out of administration by a serviced accommodation provider. AP Apartments has acquired Alpha Homes (Leicester), which is part of UK student accommodation provider Alpha Homes Group, following a lengthy administration process.
