A 16-floor block of 432 purpose-built student flats in Glasgow city centre has been approved by planners. The development is being led by ES Renfield Ltd, part of McAleer & Rushe Property, and designed by Cooper Cromar.

Should plans go ahead, each of the 107 studio apartments will come with an ensuite shower room, larger bed, study area, and hotel-style mood lighting. Melburg secures planning to develop 360 Bristol PBSA 

Investment company Melburg Capital has secured full planning consent from Bristol City Council for the transformation of the former South Plaza office block into a new PBSA development, known as 360 Bristol. Melburg Capital were advised by Savills.
