Plans to demolish an “unsightly” building in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter to make way for a 103-unit student accommodation block with a coffee shop have been lodged. Molyneux Developments is behind the scheme, which is earmarked for 4-10 Gildart Street to the east of Liverpool City Centre, in the heart of Islington.
