University of Manchester (UoM) has named its preferred bidder and delivery partner for the redevelopment of its student campus in the city. Viridis, a consortium of Equitix, GRAHAM, and Derwent FM, has been selected to bring forward the Fallowfield Campus redevelopment under a Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) model.
