COCM awarded management of The Village student housing community on the Nevada State University campus

COCM (Capstone On-Campus Management) has been selected through a competitive procurement process to manage The Village student housing community on the campus of Nevada State University. COCM is partnering as manager with American Public Development (the developer), Public Finance Authority (the issuer) and UMB Bank (trustee).
