Possible Groundbreaking Next Year for 23-Story UC Berkeley Dorms
                    Plans for a 23-story UC Berkeley Dorm are expected to be discussed this Wednesday in a meeting with the Finance and Capital Strategies Committee for the Regents of the University of California. The project will bring 1,625 beds and a new dining hall to 2200 Bancroft Way in Southside, Berkeley.
