HS Optimus Holdings Limited ( (SG:504) ) just unveiled an announcement. HS Optimus Holdings Limited has entered into a Development Management Agreement with Australia’s Fathom Group to develop a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) at Lincoln Square South in Carlton, Victoria.
