Melburg Capital, the privately owned real estate developer, has submitted plans to convert the former South Plaza office block in Bristol city centre, into a 370-bed purpose-built student accommodation development with associated facilities.

Developer Pat Crean’s Marlet Property Group has signed a €25 million financing facility with Cardinal, Ireland’s largest provider of alternative investment capital, to deliver purpose-built student accommodation on Prussia Street, Dublin 7.
