Assetz Capital, the Manchester-based specialist lender, has launched a £100m Planning Assistance Loan product, aimed at supporting the conversion of commercial buildings into residential dwellings.

Property developer Godwin Developments has submitted plans for a 101-bed student accommodation scheme in central Bristol. The proposed development is located on Newfoundland Road, at the entrance point to the city.
