Newmark has arranged the sale of Maverick Place, a 382-bed student housing community located near the University of Texas at Arlington campus. The garden-style community offers a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom units (117 total) with bed-to-bath parity.

Berkadia has arranged the sale of The Rocks, a 376-bed student housing community located near the Michigan State University Campus in East Lansing, Michigan. The garden-style property was built in 2015 and is situated at 16970 Chandler Road.

A new 130-bed student block will be built by the river Sherbourne in Coventry after a vote by councillors. The scheme went to the council's planning committee after locals and community groups objected on the grounds it would be too tall.
