CBRE has arranged the sale of a 0.43-acre development site at 2587 Telegraph Ave. in Berkeley, approximately five blocks south of the University of California, Berkeley campus.

The loan was closed through a life insurance company correspondent and included a 30-year amortization, locked rate at application, no escrows, no loan covenants, and partial recourse to the sponsors.
