University of Maryland (UMD) graduate students will have a new housing option when the college’s planned Leonardtown apartments become available near downtown College Park in two years.

Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) provider, the Kexgill Group, has completed a refinance deal with Aldermore Bank. The agreement was supported by Andrew Jackson Solicitors, their legal advice was provided by a multidisciplinary team of senior members of the practice.

Bridgeview Real Estate, a Delaware statutory trust sponsor company and developer, has launched a $27.2 million DST offering fueled by high-barrier-to-entry student housing projects at Texas Christian University and University of Texas at Arlington.
