Plans have been formally submitted for a new 307-unit student accommodation development close to the Ulster University’s Magee campus in Derry. The property and investment arm of Co Tyrone fuel group LCC is behind the Chandler Court project on Strand Road.

Developer Cassidy Group Ltd has brought the 0.41 acre / 18,049 sq ft Chainey Place freehold development site to market, which benefits from dual planning permission to deliver a new PBSA scheme – or Build to Rent scheme – in Nottingham.
