Puma Property Finance (Puma) has today announced it is providing a £24m development facility for Vita Group’s latest purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) with 269 studio rooms in Belfast City Centre.

Plans for more student housing in Edinburgh have been prepared by CA Ventures and Flow Design Architects, transforming a workshop and yard at 27 Arthur Street with 112 residences.

The proposed development, designed by Manson architects, will feature nearly 500 one, two and three bedroom homes for rent and 490 student apartments. Associated high quality amenities, located on the ground and first floors, will include a cycle hub, large open plan gym, residents lounge, and co-working spaces with views onto the River Clyde.

Spherical Developments has filed amended plans for a student accommodation project with the City of Stonnington, less than a year after winning planning permission.
