Leeds city centre student accommodation plans recommended for green light

A proposed student accommodation development on a council-owned site on the edge of Leeds city centre looks set to get the green light next week (5 October 2023). Torsion Developments submitted a full planning application to Leeds City Council earlier this year for development on a plot of land at the junction of Burley Street and Park Lane, on the western edge of Leeds city centre.
