Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm, announced today the launch of Campusville, a comprehensive student housing, property management, maintenance, development, construction and investment sales platform.

The Parker Tucson sold for $132.5 million ($1.02 million per unit), setting a new Tucson record sale price of over $1 million per unit and $274,896 per bed. The project is adjacent to the University of Arizona campus.

A portfolio of six student housing communities in four states encompassing 4,423 beds across 1,519 units has been put on the market with an estimated total value of nearly $500M.

The two-phase project will deliver accommodations for 4,000 students by 2029, led by the new 2,140-bed San Benito complex that will be completed in time for Fall 2027 after a two-year construction.
