TSB Realty has arranged the sale of Elara at The Sawmill, an 804-bed student housing community located near the Northern Arizona University campus in Flagstaff.

The Treo Group has broken ground on VOX Miami Phase II, a 13-story student housing development located adjacent to the South Miami Metrorail station near the University of Miami campus.

Colorado School of Mines has started building five apartment buildings in Mines Park, which is along 19th Street west of U.S. Highway 6. McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. broke ground on the $285-million, 424,000 square-foot North District Phase 2 Student Housing Development at University of California, Riverside (UCR).

Record enrollment and high demand for on-campus housing has led to the planning for the next phase of residence hall construction on campus with the Board of Trustees also approving a plan to seek legislative authority for the construction of Phase IV of the university’s student housing project that began in 2011.
