A joint venture between Bainbridge Cos. and an affiliate of Blue Vista Capital Management has sold Campus Circle, a 181-unit, 524-bed student housing community in Urbana, Ill. Horizon Realty Advisors acquired the asset.

BWE has secured a $47 million loan for the refinancing of Lakemoor Station, a 240-unit student housing community located near the University of Tennessee campus in Knoxville.

Northern Michigan University is getting closer to opening up more student housing. The university and a contractor approved the construction plan for new apartments. The two buildings will be located on both sides of Presque Isle Avenue.
