Article Student Living and Barings announced the acquisition of 5 Twenty Four & 5 Twenty Five Angliana, a purpose-built student living community located in Lexington, Kentucky. Less than half a mile from the University of Kentucky campus, the 427,200 square foot scheme comprises 376 units with 1,060 beds, spread across 13 buildings and 30 acres.

CAPREIT acquired Coastal Village, a 200-home, 800-bed student housing community in south Fort Myers. Situated at 19401 Skidmore Way, Coastal Village sits within a quick commute to Florida Gulf Coast University, a Division I college attended by approximately 16,000 students.
