Student accommodation plans for prominent Cardiff site submitted
Student accommodation developer Fusion Students has submitted a full planning application to redevelop a prominent site in Cardiff into a student accommodation scheme of more than 700 beds. The proposed site at Longcross Court, on 47 Newport Road, is close to the city centre and currently occupied by a red-brick building.
Bristol Temple Quarter PBSA scheme approved
