An Bord Pleanála has given the green light for a 13-storey 899-student-bed scheme at Gowan House, on Dublin’s Naas Road.

Beaufort Capital has completed a facility to fund the development of a new PBSA development in Glasgow city centre. The client is a highly experienced residential and commercial developer.

Construction has started on a multi-million pound student housing development in Edinburgh. The project, which comes from S Harrison, will see 65 energy-efficient studio rooms built. The development will also include a multimedia room, gym, break out space, cycle storage and courtyard.

A car park site on Granville Street and Tennant Street is set to be transformed into a new 13-storey student accommodation development named “Base.” The project will feature 216 student studio apartments, providing a variety of living spaces for students.

Get Living, one of the UK’s leading Build to Rent operators with a £2.6bn portfolio, has sold its Glasgow mixed-use development site to Galliard Apsley Partnership. The deal was a joint venture between Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital focusing on large-scale brownfield regeneration.

Plans for a huge student accommodation complex on a historic industrial site in Nottingham could see almost 600 bed spaces being brought forward in the city after planning bosses gave their back to it.
