A planning application to convert Coverdale House on East Parade – a Leeds office building – into a PBSA schemes has been approved by Leeds City Council. Malik Group Holdings Ltd (MGHL) submitted the planning application earlier this year.

More student accommodation is planned for a former police station in Stoke-on-Trent. Planning permission has already been granted to transform Hanley Police Station, on Bethesda Street, into 161 units of student accommodation, but a new application has been submitted which proposes 218 units.
