JLL has been appointed as adviser on the sale of Fusion Group’s purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio. Four prime assets located in Birmingham (622 beds), Loughborough (541 beds), Glasgow (619 beds), and Cardiff (706 beds), make up the portfolio.

A former office block in South London could be turned into a 17-storey purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building with over 300 student rooms. The plans were put forward recently to Greenwich Council by the MDPL Group.
