Birmingham developer Sama Investment Group has submitted plans for student accommodation in the city’s China Quarter. Sama Investment Group is seeking permission to build a stepped building of four storeys, 10 storeys and 15 storeys on a brownfield site Pershore Street in Birmingham.

Cross Country Partners and Ilkeston Ltd have secured planning approval for their purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme on Ilkeston Road in Nottingham. The new PBSA development will be located on the former Radford Boulevard School, which was built in 1885 by George Thomas Hine.
