Global Student Accommodation (GSA) has announced refinancing for four of its purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) properties in Ireland.

Real estate investor, developer and asset manager, Firethorn Trust, has exchanged contracts with Curlew Capital’s CST2 Fund to acquire the Poland House development site in Stratford, East London.

Groody Developments has submitted a planning application to Limerick City and County Council for a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Limerick, located near the University of Limerick.
