Beachrock has listed the Walnut Tree Close purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development site in Guildford, Surrey. The planning consent is for a mix of different accommodation types made up of 268 (78%) en-suite cluster bedrooms and 77 studio bedrooms (22%). The site also includes a separate block of 54 affordable housing units of between one and three bedrooms.
