Developer Greystar has appointed McAleer & Rushe to deliver an £90m purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Birmingham. The Triangle scheme, located on a former Sainsbury’s supermarket site in Selly Oak, will provide 836 student bedrooms across two buildings.

Plans to turn a disused mill building in the New Basford area of Nottingham into a 136-bedroom student accommodation scheme have been given the go-ahead. Dave Landa of JGM submitted the plans for 490 Radford Road back in December 2023.
