A controversial plan to build flats on a historic Glasgow site has been changed to student housing. If successful, there would be 134 studio rooms and facilities included in the building, ranging from five to seven storeys.

A city centre development opportunity in Dundee with the potential for student accommodation or other residential and commercial uses is up for sale at offers in the region of £3 million.

The developer wants to swap one co-living block out of its £400m First Street residential scheme to instead provide 555 student beds on the site bounded by Mancunian Way and Medlock Street.
