GMI Construction Group has started building a £29m, 261-bed student accommodation block in Manchester for Alumno and Invesco Real Estate, aiming for completion before the 2027 academic year; the development is located near Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester.

MCR Property Group has secured a landmark £250 million revolving senior secured credit facility with Pollen Street Capital, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ambitious UK growth strategy.
